SPECIALTY PLASTERS
PKC specializes in the installation of high-quality decorative plasters, including premium finishes. POLISHED CONCRETE
One of the most durable, lasting and affordable concrete floor finishes is polished concrete. Polishing the existing concrete floors, or applying a Polishable Concrete Topping (PCT) where the existing floor cannot be rehabilitated, we're providing a quality finished product with minimal intrusion in the space and a long-term finish. With the use of hardeners and densifiers, we increase the strength and integrity of the floors. Concrete polishing processes can include customizations such as floor levelling, crack and joint fills, concrete stain options and line marking if requested making it an ideal choice for various retail, commercial and industrial spaces.
POLYURETHANES & EPOXIES
Concrete floors in industrial and commercial settings endure significant amounts of vehicular and foot traffic. Many facilities have chemicals, frequent cleaning and production going on and the floors bear the brunt of it all. Unfortunately, concrete is susceptible to damage and general wear and tear. Extending the life-span, protecting the floors and improving cleanliness and ease of upkeep can be as simple as selecting the right type of floor coating. PKC offers a wide range of coatings that can be UV-resistant, chemical- resistant, food safe, slip-resistant, you name it! These coatings come in standard and fully customized colours, with line marking, coving and joint fill options available. All floor preparation comes standard with floor coatings to ensure a durable, even, quality floor.
ASPHALT
At PKC, we specialize in asphalt installations (and removals) for commercial properties. From new installations, to resurfacing and repairs, we deliver asphalt that stands up to frequent traffic and the exposure to harsh Canadian climates. Line Marking
It's important to us that our clients have a fully functional solution for their needs. Often times, when proceeding with flooring projects - from polished concrete to coatings and asphalt – there's other components that are important to complete, such as markings, or line painting. PKC offers custom markings - from safety barriers and walking paths, large- scale measuring tools, directional lines and arrows, parking stalls, lane and curb markings, words and even sports court markings for tennis, basket ball and more. Markings can be done in an assortment of colours, with various levels of slip-resistance, reflectivity and other customizations as needed.
RAILINGS AND FENCING
At PKC, we offer many solutions for railings and fencing - from multi-unit entrances, balconies, yards, to public staircases, parking garage and warehouse barriers. Whether you're looking to match existing or start fresh, we have a variety of finishes available for everything from individual installations, large scale projects and also, multi-phase projects to accommodate. Our full-service approach can include everything from the removal of an existing railing or fence, patching to prevent current or future rust and installation of new products, including traditional or modern materials like aluminum rust-free railings.

Landscaping and hardscaping can also be performed independently, and is an important step to mitigating problems from potential or existing flooding, pooling water, ice build-up risks and more.
